By making use of these facilities, members acknowledge and accept the terms of use below. Liability The communication between individual users is not regulated by IMHA, except if an IMHA member has an active role as moderator in a discussion group. In groups or discussions in which no IMHA member functions as group moderator, IMHA has no control over the quality, lawfulness, integrity and correctness over the submissions by the members. IMHA and its group moderators cannot be held responsible for the contents of the members’ submissions. Submitting information falls under the responsibility of the person submitting it. IMHA cannot be held responsible for possible inaccuracies in the content, decisions taken based on information on the website or for any other damage, nuisance or discomfort that follows from or is associated with the use of this website. Code of Conduct If you participate in a discussion on the IMHA website, please observe the following: Do not place faulty or misleading information Entries in the IMHA discussion groups should not be made public, except after specific authorisation by the person who placed the entry. Do not make entries that transcend norms of decency, that are irrelevant to the subject, contain advertisements or other contents of commercial nature (only refer to other websites if it is relevant for the discussion) or that are in conflict with applicable laws and regulations, such as the Competition Act, Copyright Law or the Law for Protection of Personal Information. Do not at any time place medical information that can at any point be traced back to individual persons or individual ships or shipping companies. Management Group managers act as a substantive moderator of the contributions in the group. Group managers may delete contributions if the conditions are not met. If it appears that a user repeatedly fails to comply with the above user conditions, a group manager can remove this user from the group. If a user systematically shows that he does not comply with the user conditions, the user is removed from the network. The IMHA Board can appeal to group managers about the behaviour of group members and have the right to close a group if this is not answered. Version June 2018
