STRUCTURE

IMHA is registered in Belgium as an International Association, a specific status for international organizations.

The highest authority in IMHA is the General Meeting, where all members can express their views on the directions of IMHA and elects its board.

Every two years, they elect a board of seven members.

All members of the board have to be of different nationalities.

The board consists of a president, a vice president, a secretary and four (4) board members.
